Tasting Sessions are reserved to traders, journalists and experts of the wine sector. The price is Euros 150,00.= (VAT included) for each person, for each session.

Important:

1. 1. In order to book select the tasting sessions in which you wish to take part, fill in the on-line application form and then go on with the payment procedure.

   In order to participate in the tasting sessions you have to own (or to buy, in case you do not already own) an entrance ticket for Vinitaly.

   Tasting vouchers can be collected at the Reception located at the entrance of the Argento Hall (basement of the Palaexpo building, gate A2). It will be necessary to print and present at the desk the e-mail you will receive after the on-line purchase.

   Whenever you want, you have the possibility to check out the status of the purchase and of the dispatch by using the identification code and the password you are allotted during the registration process.

2. The available number of seats is limited, consequently, on-line purchasing will be accepted until seats are sold out and.
   

3. All prices indicated are intended 'VAT included'.
   For each order Veronafiere will issue an invoice that will be sent to you by post. Participants are also kindly requested to keep the invoice during their whole stay inside the Exhibition area, for any possible control.

4. BUYING A TICKET FOR A TASTING EVENT DOES NOT ENTITLE YOU TO FREELY ENTER THE VINITALY 2010 EXHIBITION.
   We remind that the regular ticket for visiting Vinitaly 2009 costs Euros 40,00.=(VAT included) if you buy it at the ticket office or Euros 35,00.=(VAT included) if you purchase it on-line

5. In order to allow the regular course of the tasting events, Veronafiere reserves itself the faculty of closing the entrance to the tasting-rooms after the beginning of the sessions. On that account we kindly ask all participants to reach the rooms duly in advance.

6. In case you cannot attend the tasting session, the ticket price won't be reimbursed.
